Welcome to Sunny Shenanigans, a beautifully preserved, fully updated historic retreat. Just one block from Lake Pepin, this spacious home sleeps 10 and is perfect for large or multiple families.

The layout features 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 upstairs. For those who prefer to avoid stairs, all essential rooms and amenities are conveniently located on the first floor. Enjoy a renovated kitchen, large gathering spaces, and a huge yard just steps from Lake Pepin’s best dining and shops!

Perfectly designed for large or multiple families, our home offers a "choose your own adventure" layout. With two bedrooms and all the essentials on the main level, it’s a breeze for those skipping the stairs—while the upstairs duo and a dedicated den provide a perfect getaway for the rest of the crew.

If you need a little "me time" away from the crowd, slip away to that upper-level (den) sanctuary to stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV or sink into a sofa so cozy it practically begs for a nap (and easily converts into a bed if you give in!).

When you're ready to rejoin the fun, whip up a feast in the fully-equipped kitchen before clearing the table for an epic board game battle. The entertainment continues in the second-level game room for some friendly competition, or you can kick back for a group movie night on the 55" Smart TV in the main level living room.

When the lake calls, you’re just one block from the water and a hop away from the beach and marina. After a day in the sun, retreat to the huge yard to relax. We’ve got the Nespresso and linens (including beach towels!) covered—just bring your favorite snacks, SPF, and your best vacation vibes.

You’ve got the run of the house! Guests have full access to the first and second floors, with the exception of a tucked-away utility closet. While the basement is off-limits for daily use, it is available as an emergency storm shelter or for quick access to the fuse box if needed.

Bringing a vehicle? Our 2-car garage is typically kept separate and locked, but if you're interested in using it, just let us know in advance and we’re happy to chat about it!

We love Pepin and are often nearby at the Pepin Campground, so we’re just a quick hop away if you need anything! We also have a wonderful team of local friends ready to help with any immediate or emergency needs. Otherwise, we’ll leave you to enjoy your stay and the lake breezes in total privacy.

Getting inside is a breeze with just two to four steps to enter either the front or back door. Once you arrive, you'll find plenty of parking in the driveway, making it easy for the whole crew to unload and start the vacation!
